SERVICES

The confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, of not having space in the selected hotel another one of similar category will offer you.

TARIFFS
The prices of any program or service are quoted in American dollars, being these prices subject to changes without previous notice (as like: high Season, long weekends, Patriotic Holidays and special holidays).

CHILDREN'S TARIFFS
They are considered to be children from 4 to 09 years. The child's price is valid only when it is accompanied of 2 adults in the room, opposite case will pay the adult's tariff.

The children can travel FREE from 0 to 3 years, considering that all the expenses that the children should cause during the trip will be paid entirely by the parents or accompanists .

RESERVATIONS
The Requests of Reservation will have to carry out always in writing and them send by e-mail or fax, in it it’s necessary to indicate: Names and complete Surnames of the passengers, document of identity (Passport, Foreign card, DNI or another document of identity according to the country of origin), dates of arrive and departure as well as the flights, requested hotel, type of accommodation and language.

In case of groups it will have send a Rooming List, number of tickets and code of air reservation. Once sent the Request of Reservation with the requested information Inkandina Travel and Tours, has 03 working days to inform him about the state of his Reservation. (Confirmed / Waiting-list / Annulled).

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation must to be notify in writing by mail or fax. The cancellations or annulments done with less than one month to the date of arrive, the charges will be applied like it appears later.

In case of the air tickets will be subject at the disposal of the air company that corresponds.

PAGOS
A pre payment would be effected - payment of our services of 50 % to the moment to receive the confirmation of the reservations and 50 % with a minimum of 15 days before your arrival to our country. In case of the total payment does not effect for the services to the indicated date the reservation it was considered to be like cancelled by the client.
For the reservations realized in 20 days before your arrive, the payment will be 100 %.
To the moment of the total cancellation of the agreed amount there will be delivered you the whole documentation (vouchers, air Tickets, terrestrial Tickets etc, as the request has been made) to begin your trip inside Peru.
The payment will be realize through a bank transference to the number of account that we will give you to your mail with the confirmation of the services. .

OF THE RESPONSABILITIES
Not fulfillment of the schedule stipulated on the part of the passenger, delay of flights, oversell of hotels, modification of schedule of the air companies, social conflicts, strikes, natural or climatological phenomena, etc. They will be reasons for which the company Inkandina Travel and Tours will not be responsible for being out of our control. In these cases the expenses extras that have to be realized will run at the expense of the Passenger.
The Programs that appear in the web, can be modified in agreement to the requirements of the clients.
